Lawsuits against businesses often involve a challenge to the distinction between the owner and the entity, putting the owner\u2019s assets at risk.<\/p>\n<p>One aspect of maintaining this distinction is to show a\u00a0<strong>legal-document trail<\/strong>\u00a0of the entity.
